How far in advance should i reach out to work with you?
It depends on the project, but I typically book projects 2-3 months in advance. Since I only take on a limited number of clients, I recommend reaching out as soon as possible.
Do you offer payment plans? What does the payment structure look like?
For the Magnetic Website Experience and Brand Unearthing Intensive, I require a 50% deposit to book your spot on my calendar. The remaining 50% is due when you receive your first draft or the Brand Guide. I do offer 3- and 6-month payment plans for bigger projects, which we can discuss on our discovery call.
For the Evergreen Growth Container, the full amount of the first month of your retainer is required to book your spot. From there, you’ll be invoiced on the first of the month.
What do you need from me to make this successful?
Communication and transparency are key! I need you to be able to respond to emails/messages within a reasonable time frame (preferably 24-48 hours). In addition, I love it when my clients are as committed to this process as I am. Meaning you fill out the questionnaire fully, give your all on our calls, and see this as your own journey to rediscover your brand.
Do you also design websites?
